Questions, answered
Where do the jobs come from?
Mostly straight from employers' applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby) — the same systems behind their careers pages. A few listings come from the Adzuna job search API and are labeled as such. You always apply on the original posting.
How quickly will I hear about a new job?
We re-check employer job boards every few minutes. With instant alerts on, a matching job is sent as soon as we find it — unless it's during your quiet hours, in which case it waits for the morning.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. A free account lets you search every job, see your personal match feed and get a weekly email with your top 3 matches. Instant alerts for every match — by email, phone notification and SMS — are part of Pro and Premium.
Do phone notifications work on iPhone?
Yes, on iOS 16.4 or later. Open the site in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open it from your Home Screen and switch on notifications in your alert settings. Android phones and desktop browsers work straight away.
Can I cancel or pause?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period. Pausing stops billing and alerts for one to three months — handy once interviews start.
How does resume matching work?
Upload your resume as a PDF or Word file. We read your job titles, skills and years of experience and rank every open job by how well it fits, showing the skills you already have and the ones worth adding. It's free. You can even try it without an account, in which case your resume is read once and not stored. In your account it also sets up your job profile, so your alerts work from day one.
What is auto-apply?
A Premium feature in early access. You answer the questions every application asks once — contact details, resume, work eligibility, start date, pay — and choose the days, time and how long it should run. It only applies to jobs that match your profile above the score you pick, up to a daily limit, and you can pause it anytime. We're switching it on for Premium members in waves and email you before the first application goes out.
Will you spam me or share my number?
No. We only send the alerts you switch on, SMS has a daily cap, and every message has a one-tap unsubscribe or STOP option. We never sell your personal data.
Do you guarantee I'll get a job?
Nobody honest can. We help you find relevant openings early and apply while they're fresh — the rest is you.
