Terms of service

JobFlare is operated by Yatharth Surana. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cancellation and refund policy.

The service

JobFlare aggregates job postings published by employers and alerts you about postings that match your preferences. We are not the employer, we don't guarantee that any job is still open, and we don't guarantee interviews or offers. You apply directly on the employer's (or listed source's) site.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Free trials convert to a paid plan when they end unless you cancel before then.
• You can cancel online at any time from Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• You can pause billing for up to three months instead of cancelling.
• Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Razorpay if you choose it or Stripe can't take your payment. Payments in Indian rupees are processed by Razorpay. You're charged in the currency shown at checkout; depending on your card, your bank may add a foreign transaction fee. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.

SMS and notifications

SMS alerts are only sent if you opt in. Message frequency depends on your settings (up to your plan's daily cap). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can turn off any channel in your dashboard.

Auto-apply (Premium, early access)

Auto-apply is being rolled out to Premium members in stages. We'll email you before it sends your first application. Once it's on, we may submit applications in your name using the details you saved, but only to jobs that meet your minimum match score, within your daily limit and schedule, and only while your authorization is in place. You're responsible for keeping those details accurate. You can pause auto-apply or withdraw your authorization at any time. Employers decide what happens next with every application.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell or misuse the service or its data, and don't post fake or misleading reviews.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
