JobFlare helps people find new jobs early. We watch employers' own career pages around the clock and alert members the moment a job that fits their profile goes live, by email, phone notification or SMS.

Why we built it

Many roles receive most of their applications in the first few days, and large job boards often show them late or as reposts. JobFlare reads listings straight from the hiring systems employers use, such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, so every job is fresh and links to the employer's original posting.

What we offer

• Free: search every job we track, match your resume to open roles, save jobs and get a weekly email with your top matches.
• Pro, $9 a month (₹199 in India): every match the moment it is posted, by email and by push notification on your phone and computer.
• Premium, $15 a month (₹349 in India): everything in Pro, plus SMS alerts and auto-apply (early access).

Your first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Plans can be paid monthly, every 3 months or yearly, and you can pause or cancel any time from your dashboard. See pricing and our cancellation and refund policy.

How we work

• Each listing links to the original job posting, so you can check every detail before you apply.
• Reviews on JobFlare come only from signed-in members. We never publish made-up reviews or ratings.
